The LAB is a space where we break apart one of our basic patterns to see what’s inside! Once we understand how and why the pattern works, we can further explore and create variations by experimenting with timing, shape, direction, foot placement, style, and more.

We will begin with an hour of instruction and end with 30 minutes of social dancing with NEXT STEPS and INTORDUCTION class participants. Creating a safe and welcoming space is our top priority, so please read the code of conduct before attending. Registration is optional but strongly encouraged as details are always subject to change. To attend you will want to have completed the INTRO course at least once and/or feel comfortable with Passes, Pushes, Starter Step and Throw Out.
