In week 2 of this 6 week series we are looking at Frames. Our frame is what we use to communicate with our dance partner and the element that takes us from dancing alone to being in it together. Frames come in all shapes and sizes and vary from dance to dance. We will look at how to have a good frame no matter the style and talk specifics about several dances.
